Your videographer needs to arrive one and a half hours before the ceremony to set up equipment. The groom should arrive 35 minutes before the ceremony... the bride 20 minutes before the ceremony.

If this is to be a religious ceremony, we will of course respect the rules of the church, temple or synagogue. Depending on the rules and the layout, you might want to consider ordering a second stationary camera for the ceremony coverage. This provides additional footage and interesting angles for our editors to work with.

Consider these questions...

Is the videographer allowed in the sanctuary?

Will you be facing each other for your vows?

Is there space behind or to the side of the altar where a camera can be set up?

Are there any specific shots you want us to record before, during or after the ceremony?
