How do I know who my photographer will be?

Most brides and grooms leave it up to us to pick the right photographer for their wedding based on your specific preferences… for example, do you like a more photojournalistic approach, or are you more of a traditionalist?   

If you’d like to take a more hands on approach, we invite you to pick 5 or 6 photographers from our online portfolios and put them on a preferred list.  This means that you will be assigned one of your preferred choices based on his/her availability.  

Are proofs and negatives/original files available to the bride and groom?

Yes, in most instances, proofs are available at no additional charge.  Also, watch for our special offers to get proofs and original files free!  (These are full size, printable jpeg files submitted to you on disk when your album is completed.)

How much of a deposit is required?

$ 250 holds the date and guarantees prices.

What if my photographer gets sick on the day of the wedding?

We always have photographers on backup for just this reason.

Are you a member of the Better Business Bureau?

Yes.  Fred Fox is a member in good standing with a complaint free record.

Do you charge extra for online ordering?

No, online ordering is included in all of our album packages.  In addition, because we operate our own lab and host our own website, you will find that our print prices are among the lowest in the industry.  

How long will it take to receive pictures ordered online?

We print the pictures as soon as they are ordered.  Depending on the season, photographs are shipped out anywhere from 4 to 14 days after the order is placed.
